Meet the Founder
Founded by Elena Xu (白泽), a quantitative trader who spent her days navigating markets, algorithms, and uncertainty.
Along the way, she met countless brilliant women building careers, businesses, and lives of their own.
She believed women deserved more than occasional networking events. They needed a community: one built on trust, generosity, and genuine connection. So she created HerS.Ground.
